Not much cooking again. Going out to the car club Christmas lunch and then a light dinner.

My fruit is soaking ready to make my Christmas pudding :)

Made some choc chip cookies, a bimby vanilla cake and a date and nut loaf. Going to make a frittata next for the hungry mob. :)

Hot chocolate mix for Christmas presents, as seen on FB with mini marshmallows in top of jar.

Been having fun in the kitchen (which looks a bit like Dede's). Made chookie's chocolate delight pudding, Dede's choc chip cookies, JulieO's spiced nuts for teachers' Xmas gifts. Boring old bolognese for the freezer, and chookie's favorite quiche for tomorrow night's dinner. BBQ tonight.
Everything but the bolognese inspired by you forum lovelies 😚

Dede that is a working kitchen.
I love all the food. CP I haven't made a Swiss roll for ages. Mine usually crack when I roll them.  :'(

I've been busy cooking too and my kitchen is a mess. Nuts & bolts, granuesli, citrus curd, malt slice, salted caramel fudge (nearly burnt my tongue licking the bowl- it's sooo good), passionfruit flummery for dessert and pork belly with fried rice for dinner. Fruit soaking for tomorrow's mini Xmas cakes. Think that makes up for being out all last week ;)
