That's a hugely deep egg & bacon pie Michele, no wonder it's his specialty.

I made a huge pot of chili con carne in the PC. Way too much as I reckon I'd be eating it for every meal, so fortunately my sister has offered to lighten my load. It is really delicious - from the WW PC book. It was abit warm to do this, but I made some of my Cornflake biccies. I have abit of a list for tomorrow for things I want to cook but it remains to be seen if the heat will interfere with my plans.

I've just made a Salmon & Rice Loaf for tomorrow but couldn't resist having a slice when it was cold to see how it went.

It's certainly different Cookie.  I'll reheat some for tomorrow but I think I'm going to enjoy it cold with salad or in a sandwich.

No cooking happening here due to the gastro bug.  Fortunately there is plenty in  the freezer.

Fabulous looking pies McMich & JD  :)
