We made lamingtons today too. I used Isi's icing recipe for them. It is much nicer than the one I usually use. I also did some bread.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Snap! Lamingtons and bread
And sweet chili sauce (more hot than sweet). I was wanting something similar to what you buy but this resembles tomato sauce in looks. Anyone got a good recipe?

I decided to make Blackcurrant Jelly with blackcurrants that I had in the freezer.Part one,straining through a jelly bag.Yep it's standing on the floor.Chairs blocking the way so Chance doesn't get to it :D :D

Raspberry and white choc chip muffins, pineapple muffins (which I converted and made DF) and bread rolls in muffin tins today for school lunchboxes.
Now about to do mince something for dinner...... :)

Yesterday was meat pies and a lemon lime tart. Today was pumpkin soup, pumpkin scones and little bacon egg and pumpkin tarts (still making my way through those darn pumpkins LOL). Dinner was boring rissoles, mash and steamed veggies.

I made meat pies in pie maker and DS sent me a photo of the SD loaf,  Apricot Slice and jam,  DIL made in her new TMX.  I will try and post photo.
