Just whipped up a batch of carrot & muesli muffins from the vegie smugglers thermomix ebook.  :D
Judging by the way they are disappearing from the cooling rack, I'd say they pass the test easily!  ;) ;D

They do look good Hally. Is it similar to a piroshki?

I made soft buttermilk rolls and honey soy chicken.

I love piroshki. MIL used to make the Ukrainian version and they are called Vareniki.
I made bread and some mango cookies today. The cookies were basically a short bread with chopped dried mango in.

Just googled & yes maybe.

Had these at the hens night, asked for the recipe, modified & converted to TM :)

Love, love, love piroshkis.  Used to make them years ago and they were always popular.

Any chance of sharing the tmx recipe Hally?

They look nice Hally, each country seems to have their own version of this little morsel.

Not only do two not look the same Judy  but there seem to be many different spellings of the same. Pierogi, pirogi, piroshki, pelmeni, pirozhki, and so on.  They are dumplings no matter which way you spell it or shape them.

They are sold frozen in some parts of Australia as pelmeni. I have never seen them up here but have bought them in the past in Sydney. Easy to make and an original fast food. Good way to use leftovers.
