Bonsai could you find Jalfrezi paste I couldn't find it anywhere (this was last year) I had to buy some in a packet which wasn't a paste. I used to make the steak with it.

Seems easy to make.http://www.food.com/recipe/jalfrezi-paste-421142

So pleased with my experiment today. Made the boys' favourite butter cake with raisin in the thermomix - 50 secs.  Then 35 mins in the airfryer. Not pretty, but no more lugging out the heavy KitchenAid nor cranking up the oven for half hour before baking 😄

Airfried curry puffs, straight from the freezer. They didn't look as pristine as freshly made ones, but still tasted delicious 😋

Our builder came back this afternoon to finish off a couple of small details in the bathroom so I made him Rara's pancakes for afternoon tea.  He has a good appetite and is not afraid to help himslef to what is on the plate. :)

Me too. All the food looks lovely. I made a batch of Maddy's Cheese and Bacon rolls.
