I boiled my eggs for breakfast this morning from the EDC, I did them for 11 mins, they were delicious, but will try 10mins next time. Used some of the dukkah that im made last night,  from EDC, I instead of salt and pepper for seasoning,  yummm

Heading off with my spotty horse for the weekend to friends and they always cook for me, so I'm cooking for them this weekend.

Today I have made a GF lemon (which turned into lime) cake, Quirky Jo's choc espresso cake, 2 batches of soup (may post the recipe when I get home if it is a hit) and a huge pot of butter chicken (some for tea tonight). Oh and a GF lasagne.

So the car will be loaded with food, my friend is bringing the beer, horse will be loaded in the morning, should be a good weekend!  ;D

Have lots of fun Nikkit. I'm sure you and Spotty horse will enjoy yourselves.

The only cooking I did today was a couple of soups.

Shame on you . Poor Spotty horse . He will have such a headache being loaded in the morning. Stop feeding him beer.

24/7 is my motto. Life is short. Oh wait. I am 70 and my mother is 94. Maybe life ain't so short. Nevermind the bar is never closed and as far as my mother is concerned it was never opened. Such a rebel I am. Don't tell my mother though.

Cauliflower soup
Paprika Beef
Chicken & Barley soup
Smoothies
Homemade tinned spaghetti
Roast veggie salad
ABCDE muffins
and I can't remember what else!!!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/
