Like most new TMX owners I've gone a bit crazy the 10 days since I got it  ;D

Hummus (twice)
Falafel
Eggnog
Tikka Paste (used in Chicken Tikka Masala and the same recipe with a nice chunk of cod loin)
Mango Lassi (twice)
Onion Jam
Mango Croquante Base & Black Olive Puree for elBulli's Mango & Black Olive Discs

Having 4 other families with kids around today for lunch, so have done pulled pork in the slow cooker, along with wraps and buns, coleslaw, potato salad.  Plus a variety of thermomix dips of course.  I've been lazy with dessert and just done huge fruit platters with strawberries, watermelon and pineapple.  The other families can bring "fiddly" desserts  ;D

For dinner I think I will use the leftover homemade mayonnaise from the coleslaw to do Nan's Country Kitchen Curry Tuna Slice

Thunder and rain here today - so much for all the kids running round outside  :P

Have fun Karen, your pulled pork has become a family gathering staple in our house. Great for a crowd and it's DH's new favourite( he tells me every time )
SS, your icecream looks great., inspiration to refill my containers.
Marie, your roast looks fantastic. You must be very happy with your purchase. I air fried my capsicum for Chookies sauce , so handy.
Judy I'm sure my DH would love the amber apples,, looks yummy and easy.

Phillywill, so glad you are enjoying your tmx. I think people go one way or the other.  I love it when like you they go crazy. Some seemed too scared. In at the deep end for me too.

Snap SS :)  I made 11 jars of apricot jam today.  9 jars are a Christmas present for the gentleman who looks after my computer for me.  He rarely charges me unless he has to buy a part and he loves apricot jam so it's a small price to pay.  They still need to have some fancy covers on them yet.  The other 2 are for us.

I love apricot jam. In fact, I finished a jar today on some pumpkin scones from the freezer. I really hope there's more in the cupboard.....

I was wondering where you're getting your ripe apricots cheap enough to be making jam this early in the fruiting season, didn't think of dried apricots.

I was permitted to touch my thermomixes today. I made pizza bases and garlic sauce to put on them. Such pleasure.
