Great cooking CC and Uni.

Marina, I would love the recipe for the black forest dukkah too.  :)

CC those pies look so good; I always seem to have mixture working its way out of mine and making a big mess. Maybe I put in too much filling.

You have been busy CC and Marina.
I made more bread this morning, DJ's small fruit loaf and I have an orange cake in the oven. Now I am b#&##%&*. So sitting at the computer resting my back. I had great fun though and it was worth it.

Good to see you're back in the saddle again Cookie.  :D
Don't over do it though - sit back and relax with your new cookbooks.  :)

It's hard to keep a good woman out of the kitchen cookie but this is your 'mother' speaking - don't get too excited or carried away.  Cooking  can wait but recovery is a long, slow process and you need to be patient  ;D.

Yes Mum's. Thanks for taking care of me.  I had a 2 hour sleep and being flat on the bed was wonderful R&R.

How romantic Cookie. Still, an outing is an outing and maybe you will see a coffee shop in your travels and can start dropping hints ;D

I found some broccoli in the back of the fridge tonight which was still very fresh so I've just whipped up a batch of thick broccoli soup for tomorrow.
