Love all the preserves girls. I keep thinking of Queen of Puddings. CC,  we only get Seville oranges for a couple of weeks,  they are very special.
Yesterday made No Fuss bread and added extra 20 mils of water. Seems to need it this warm weather.
Made the Garlic Comfit.  Because the garlic was so young and fresh it mashed up a bit into the oil. Still will be good.
Garlic prawns for lunch today.

Mine broke up a bit too Chookie so I don't know that the freshness of the garlic has anything to do with it. It makes no difference though.
Great batch of marmalade Denise, do you keep it or give some away?  That amount would last me a lifetime LOL.

The marmalade looks very professional CC. It would last an eternity here as I don't really enjoy it and DH doesn't eat jam. I do buyu some occasionally to throw into a cake.
