I have made vanilla yoghurt and this http://www.trtlmt.com.au/prosciutto-wrapped-chicken-with-creamy-garlic-sauce/ is what is on the lunch menu.  All the feedback I have read was very good.  Fingers crossed.

Visitors for lunch tomorrow so making the Apple Cake Tart again.  This will be the 3 rd time I have made it.  Everyone loves it and can be made a couple of days in advance. I use Quicker than a packet cake recipe from the Forum as the base. I add 3 eggs instead of 2. If making in TMX , make crumble first and set aside. Then make cake mix.
Also a Thai chicken curry.

Thanks Chookie for sharing, that seems easy and delicious :)
I thought I will spend less time cooking once I get the TMX, but looks like I am spending more time trying to cut down on every processed food we buy
and also making such wonderful treats ;)

We have our Probus birthday party tomorrow and we all have to take a savoury and sweet plate. Yesterday I cooked a turkey roll so that I had some meat for a platter and as I woke at 2 am this morning and couldn't get back to sleep, at 3 am I decided to get up and make some of the individual desserts I'm taking - Chookie's chocolate delight, Isi's light coffee cream and my imitation French custard to top the trifle bases I made yesterday.  Everything will have to be assembled and ready to go before I go to bed tonight as I have to be there at 9 am in the morning.  Will take a photo later.

What's a dilly roll Chookie?
Judy, basically No Fuss recipe made with milk and yoghurt instead of water. 1/2 onion finely chopped , 2 teaspoons Dill seeds and 2 tablespoons of chopped dill leaves. Makes 12 medium sized rolls. I par cooked these and will reheat in AF tomorrow. Much nice than I expected.

Yes Liz that chicken does sound nice.

Chookie, just a question;  Do you use 3 eggs in the Quicker than a packet mix recipe, then add to that another 3 eggs plus water and oil to make the cake part?
