I have a pot of meat sauce cooking, to be made into a lasagne.   Also made the filling for some cornish pasties that I will cook tomorrow.

Egg salad sandwiches for lunch ... unfortunately the only oil I had in sufficient quantity for the mayonnaise was a Light Olive Oil so the mayonnaise was not my best effort.  Never mind, it was edible.  Just about to scorch some capsicums in preparation for a pasta salad for dinner ... very easy day today.

Had to google that one Uni.  Are you going to leave it in a zip lock bag overnight for the texture to change or are you going to eat it as is?  Is this the first time you've made it?

Looks interesting Uni  :)

I have cooked so much over the last week I can't even remember it all!!!
56 lemon cheesecakes (individual)
3-4kg of potato salad
fudges galore
muffins/cakes/slices x a LOT!! including this one ..... http://thermobliss.com/malteser-slice/ which was extremely well received :D
bread rolls
zucchini slice in loaf tins (but only about 1/4 full) to make slabs
roasted many tomatoes which are now frozen for recipies
4 pizzas
LTM bars
bacon and egg quiche muffins
sausage rolls
.......

Takes a lot of food to feed 4 always hungry kids and 1 always hungry DH while they are all home ...... And I'm loving every minute of it!!  :-*
:D

OMG Astarra. You are brilliant. Compared to you, I only had a mini cook up today.  Hommus, yoghurt flatbreads, shortbread cookies, granuesli, apricot curd and pasta.

I made the best yogurt I have ever made today. I added 50 grams of powdered milk to one litre of milk and used Valerie's recipe. It was so thick and creamy. I have read recipes with powdered milk in them but have never tried it! It woks a treat and increases the protein also. I will now add powdered milk to my weekly yogurt.

You have all been busy. I made some bread and some Sundried tomato and red capsicum dip from the EDC. I then used it on chicken breasts with a slice of bacon, wrapped in foil and cooked in the AF for dinner. It was very tasty.
