Lovely looking Anzacs PF. Mich, did your DH wake up?

Nope, he would sleep through anything.  :-))

That's funny Mich.

I made a fruit loaf yesterday. I used Julie's recipe this time. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2705.0
It's very nice.

I made some Chocky Rock biscuits. I thought the recipe was on here as it is a very old recipe, but I couldn't find it, so I will post it.

Oh my plum jam sounds yummy Suzanne.
I foraged what I think its the last of the wild sorrel, the grass is getting too tall swallowing the little mounds up. So I froze a few extra portions and with the leftover made a soup served with the Irish Soda Bread from the British Isles chip.

PF , that bread does look good. Lovely photo.
I made Sausage Rolls and Pasties using low fat Puff Pastry.  Not as flaky but still ok.

Cookie, your loaf of fruit bread looks delicious.

PF your Soda Bread and soup look good.

Chookie, I haven't made the crumpets yet but did try the pancakes and they were delicious.

Yesterday I made Snappy's Cinnamon Tea Cake for visitors.  Sorry no photo as they ate it all.

Today it was a loaf of No Fuss bread, I'm alternating the bread with SD.  Just love the SD loaf but don't think it is doing my waist line any good. ;D ;D

I have a loaf of part SD in the oven at the moment. Now it is cooler I will have to get the starter out the night before and feed it up.

Margaret, your bread always looks so professional. Do try the SD crumpets. They freeze very well and are handy to have on hand.
Made another dozen No Fuss Rolls yesterday.  Still getting to know my new oven. I am quite amazed at the difference between my ovens at Cherokee and Invermay. .
