Thank you for the lovely comments. Julie the brioche buns are the EDC recipe. I made them into 15 smallish buns and cooked them in a rectangle lamington tin. The cream buns are this recipe http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-sweet-recipes/sweet-bun-dough-thermomumma/282040 When cold, cut and fill with cream or mock cream and jam. I used chookies plum raspberry jam. Love the magic cake cookie. Can't wait to try it.
