We have family coming for lunch. Roast chicken, fried rice and veggies. Mango mousse for pud. Baking a loaf of SD before chicken.

I'd like a slice of that bread to go with the chicken soup I've just made Chookie.  I had cooked chicken, chopped spring onions and celery in the freezer so added fresh carrots, parsley and chicken stock - a very quick batch of soup.

It's a horseshoe shape Judy. I inherited from Mum. She had obviously bought it many years ago.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I stocked up on soup today...I converted the Roast Capsicum & Tomato Soup from the CSIRO Wellbeing Diet, made Sage Potato & Leek soup from Tenina.com, and Spiced Sweet Potato and Chickpea Soup from Quick Fix. Thats should do our lunches for the week!
