Marina, I have been making my own LSA ever since I've had a thermomix (7 years).
I sometimes add Goji berries, but only half the quantity of goji as that of everything else. We sprinkle a Tablespoon on our muesli or porridge, also use it in muffin recipes.
Hadn't thought of using goji berries I must try it.  I also sprinkle a tablespoon on my porridge every day ... great minds ...  ;)

Cookie, it may not be you with the bread problem. My sister was sure she had a bad batch of Lauke flour. After much discussion with them she sent it back. They tested it and said that had low gluten. They explained that they test the gluten content of each batch and were unsure how this got through.
You an successfully use bread flour in biscuits.

Thanks Chookie. We have decided that must be it. I have about 5kg left so will use it for biscuits as well.

I made 4 dozen raspberry and white choc chip muffins, 3 dozen peach & buttermilk muffins, a beef casserole in sc for dinner, and miss 10 made pikelets.  :)

Not many muffins left already... miss 5 (who was home with croup) kept eating them - while telling me .... "well mum, i have to keep tasting them to make sure they are ok, after all I am your chief taster for quality and control"  ;D ;D LOL

She takes her role seriously then astarra.  I must admit to being the same, I have another one to see if it's as good as the last one.

I love the taste testing!  Very important.
I did a SC casserole for dinner, some more raspberry cordial with less than half the sugar, a raspberry slice from The Annoyed Thyroid's blog and a cauliflower and broccoli au gratin.

OMG that loaf does look brilliant.  Congrats to CC and DS. Maybe the folding every 30 minutes was really worth the effort.
Today making Cauliflower, leek and watercress soup, and meatballs in thick tomato sauce with pasta. Also making Spring rolls with leftover Chow Mien.

That loaf looks great CC congrats to you and your son. I made Maddy's vegetable & pasta  soup instead of bacon I used chorizo sausage very nice, I have frozen half for another quick meal. Today I'm going to make the enchilada sauce from recipe tin eats that she posted the other day as I have lots of fresh coriander that needs using up. Hope it freezer ok as I don't need it till later next week. Never sure when it's not cooked. Here's the recipe.

It should be fine Jenny, I've frozen leftover canned tomatoes before and the mixture will be cooked eventually anyway.

Your DS is doing so well with his baking Denise, did he spend much time in the kitchen with you when he lived at home?

Wow Denise. What a brilliant SD loaf. Clever DS. I'm the only one home today but I'm not sure what I will cook. I'll probably take all day to decide and then it will be too late.

Yesterday I made a pasta and meat ball recipe.  The tomato sauce was made first and the meat balls dropped into this and simmered for 45 minutes.  I thought they would break up but they didn't. The pasta was cooked separately and stirred in before serving. It was very nice.
