Thank you all so much. I have made protein balls with dried fruit and nuts. Bought 1 loaf of spelt bread to try. I have bought lactose free milk for her she loves.  I will buy spelt flour, and potato flour.  ( had not thought of potato flour)
will try falefels, that would be good for lunches.  :)
at least she likes fruit, veges, :D
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

They look very nice.
We had unexpected guests today, so after they rang I whipped up these Peanut Caramel Squares. I had them made and cooling in just over 30 minutes. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2720.0

Cookie, I was also  looking at this recipe yesterday.
Last night at 7 pm I prepared 3 overnight SD loaves. This morning at 6am I checked on them and they have reached the lid of the cast iron pots. Big question, do I cook them with lids on and have a flat top or do I remove the lid and make a raised lid with foil. ? Think I will do the foil trick with first one and see how it goes. The bread loves this warm humid weather.

Lovely cooking ladies.

Yesterday I made a Bimby Chocolate cake.  This morning I made Nutella Croisants.  These are chocolate treats fro two GD.  GD 1 finishes her 3 years of nursing and exams today, GD 2 finishes year 12 and exams today.    I will also make them a Nutella Mug cake each when they come this afternoon.  Both have requested something chocolate please.  :)

I now have a Lamb casserole in the SC and a vegetable casserole in the oven.

No wonder your GD love to visit Margaret. That food looks delicious. Congratulations to both your GD.

Very nice Mab.  You do spoil your GD’s.
on further inspection, the SD loaf was 1 cm from the lid which had a convex lid so I decided to leave the lid on. I brushed the lid with Cake release. I estimated that  the loaf had risen 3 times it’s volume. Will post a photo.
Yesterday, as well as the 3 SD loaves that I baked, I made Chilli jam and Sweet Chilli sauce. Most will be given as gifts.

Chookie your bread looks nice.

This morning I have made, quicker than a packet patty cakes, chocolate patty cakes, a layerd white chocolate cake from a recipe I found on the web, jelly slice, cooked the potatoes, eggs, bacon for tomorrows salads.  Now it is time to sit down for a few minutes :)

Phew Margaret.
Chookie the bread looks nice.
Yesterday I made a 'quicker than a packet cake' flavoured orange. I think DH likes it as there isn't much left.
This afternoon I made some rolls using Chookie's No Fuss recipe. I used 70g spelt and added seeds and also Jamberie's pizza bases for dinner.

I love how the pizza bases have little bubbles in them even before they rise.

Great cooking girls, you all do so much.
I’ve made 8 smallish jars of Tenina’s dried apricot jam, 2 for my neighbour who reminded me that I did it last year for the nursing home trading table.  Such a simple recipe, how did I forget it was a good seller.

Judy, I also made that dried Apricot Jam.  Everyone loves it.  Added a little extra lemon juice. Lovely.
Mab, don’t exhaust yourself before tomorrow.
Cookie, you always make my bread look good. Love your rolls.
