Tonight I made a batch of biscotti, strawberry mousse and oat pancakes for  breakfast for a couple of days.

Cookie, that bread looks delicious.  I find deciding which tin is best for which recipe always a challenge.
Last night we tried the Kefir Bark.  It was really nice.  As RAL said it was refreshing after a hot meal.  I didn’t like the frozen chocolate so will replace this in the next one I make. I’m thinking Clean Raspberry jam and Caramel sauce.
Yesterday I made double batches of Ginger nuts and some plain biscuits from a recipe that a neighbour gave me.  Today I’m turning the plain ones into Monte Carlos.

Lovely loaf Cookie.

Made two small loaves from Lauke German grain bread mix. I think it will ok if I can get them out of the tins.
They are stuck  :-))

Good luck with that Michele.  Are you able to reduce the size of your photos, when we click on it the photo becomes very large and takes up the whole screen.  Well it does for me, I imagine it’s the same for everyone? You should be given an option to change the size before posting a picture.  If not then I must remember to not click on it.

I can. I'm trying to work out why my photos post upside down too.

I've fixed the size problem but not posting upside down, although when I clicked on it was right way up.

Michele, they look very nice.  Photo right way up and I don’t mind a big photo.  Hadn’t thought to tap on it.
Still quite stupid when it comes to these electronics. Tried to buy some small goods from a local man.  Couldn’t order on line. Sent them a message and they walked me through it.  Very patient, to say the least.

The bread came out fine. Ran a butter knife around the sides. It tastes good although a bit holey in places.

Your bread looks delicious Mich and so do the sausage rolls Chookie. I made some Macadamia Anzac biscuits the other day. DH and DD have almost demolished them.
I’m making a Parmesan and Olive bread tonight to have with a RTE soup.

Made Falafels for DD. She is exhausted after a day working within the restrictions. Also lemon butter.  Both recipes posted.
About to test another Bomb.

Michele, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with food. It has been an excellent opportunity with the isolation.
Yesterday I had a request to develop a recipe for Falafel using Quinoa and Chilli.  Should be interesting. I also find the combination of functions of the TMX very handy.

Sausage rolls look great , all our puff pastry has gone ! Maybe I’ll have to make some or could I use shortcut pastry , as in make it. ?
