I made some more of Tenina's discard crackers. I have to build up my discard to make them as I rarely have much left.

K ATIE, quite awful. White bread ,  white rice, avoid salad veggies, peel all veggies. White crackers. Can have meat and fish. Avoid too much fat. Only cornflakes or rice bubbles for breakfast. Can have boiled lollies, jubes and CHOCOLATE  ( no nut or fruit.) eggs ok.
Last night for dinner Ral had 4 Sao biscuits with cold chicken , a little Mayo and an ice cream in a cone. Lunch, white pasta, tomato purée and a little cheese. It’s no wonder he has lost his appetite. I lashed out last night and made myself some Nachos in the AF.

That sounds awful Chookie, is this Ral’s forever diet or just for a short time?

I made some pancakes in the KMart snack maker, DS took these to his friends house.  Also made a curried sausage casserole for the freezer (we have a very late appointment on Wed afternoon) and I have some braised steak and onions in the SC.

Rescued this from the baking tins that I was donating to the OP shop. Made 2 pipe loaves.

They look delicious Chookie.
I cooked my rye SD loaf this morning. Attempted to make baguettes and made a batch of No Fuss Rolls.

Two stretched a lot as I put them on. I was more careful with the other. The recipe is from Bake with Jack.

Too many Zucchini? Just made 2 new recipes. Crumbed Zuchinni fingers and the chocolate Zucchini cake. The cake recipe was best made into muffins and the fingers were easy and delicious.
For the fingers, cut the Zucchini into fingers the size of your index finger. Egg and breadcrumb them, but mix 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese into a cup of Panko crumbs. Add 1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning. ( instead of egg and flour, I use SD discard) spray crumbed fingers lightly with oil and grill them on a wire rack in hot oven or AF.  ( I used AF. Watch that they don’t burn.

Our biscuit barrel suddenly became empty. I'm doing a boiled sultana and cherry cake. I ran out of sultanas so used dried blueberries.
