I adore stewed plums.
I made a batch of Chookie’s Hot Cross Buns. Instead of 12 I made 20. A smaller amount to eat when I have one.

Hi Judy - this is the link to the Moroccan Chickpea stew - sorry I am late sending this, I missed your request in your earlier post:  https://www.acouplecooks.com/moroccan-chickpea-and-sweet-potato-stew/

I made a lemon and ginger syrup to go into our sodastream drinks - refreshing and very easy to drink, I also made a tofu 'thing' - really just ripped up a cube of tofu baked with balsamic, soy and various spices etc, a very tasty nibble

Thanks Marina, will let you know when I’ve tried it. I’m having a break from tomato based dishes at the moment but I will get around to it.

Lots of inspiration here.
Might make Ral a sponge today.
Made Tahini biscuits. Gave most away. Probably SD crumpets.

I made a large pot of lamb shank & vegetable soup yesterday.  Most of it is in the freezer.

I made a Norwegian Apple Pie. I got the idea from Amanda. It’s really nice. https://www.sbs.com.au/food/recipes/norwegian-apple-pie-eplepai

Cookie, love the look of thatvApple pie.  Similar to the Apple cake I’ve been making. Will try this recipe, thanks.
Made roast pumpkin soup. Microwave, AF and TMX. Lovely.
Bone broth for Ral in SC.  He is living on this at the moment.

Cookie, thanks for the apple cake recipe I have taken a copy and will make it for dessert one night

I've made sausage rolls this morning.  I made 3 dozen and will put them in the freezer for when the GC come at Easter.

I made this vegetarian ‘meat’ loaf today, I don’t know why as I’ve never even made a meat one!  I guess the ingredient list made it look as if it was something I could manage to eat and I pictured it with gravy and a couple of veg.  I found I couldn’t eat the whole of the end piece because of the crusty nature so I just pulled away the inside.  I only ate 3/4 of the whole meal and even though the taste was OK I can’t say that I enjoyed it.  I just felt like serving myself something that looked like a ‘normal’ meal.  I’ll freeze the rest in pieces and let DD1 try it if she comes over for Easter. It’s still sitting on the bench cooling down and I must say that it smells very nice.

Shame the loaf didn't work for you Judy.  It looks like a pretty straightforward recipe too.  Unfortunately I cannot try it as it has dairy in it and DH is intolerant of dairy.
