I made some Healthy Biscuits from Best recipes and some muffins with rum soaked sultanas in.

I haven’t made that for a while. It’s definitely soup weather over here.

Having a friend coming to lunch tomorrow so I’ve cooked pumpkin soup and bread & butter pudding, cold weather comfort food.

I made a really nice pumpkin soup at the weekend, Judy - I roasted a granny smith apple, carrots, onions and garlic with the pumpkin then made the soup with red lentils and cashew nuts ... building on food groups here!   1 minute in the TMX and I ended up with the smoothest, silkiest soup I have ever made.

Marina, I always add a roasted apple to the tray when I roast my veggies for pumpkin soup.  The apple adds a nice flavour.

I made a pot of Potato, Leek & Bacon soup for my dinner tonight and lunches tomorrow.

I made a Tim Tam cake from a Taste magazine. It has Tim Tams in the middle. Mine has become a “free form” cake. Hopefully I can post the picture as I’ve been having trouble with Tapatalk.

I made a date & weetbix slice yesterday.  It's a bit dense but as half of it's gone It must be ok.

This morning I made a pot of vegetable soup.  It's just the right weather for soup.

I’ve made Thermobexta’s Odds and Ends Vegetable Stock concentrate but had to buy some of the veggies before I could do that. Have not done this one before, has anyone else tried it?  My stock paste is usually a dark mustardy colour but this one has a few green veg in it so it’s an icky green colour. https://www.thermobexta.com.au/odds-and-ends-vegetable-stock-concentrate/.
