Yesterday I made some Oat, Lemon and Cranberry biscuits.
I have Nico Moretti’s Cinnamon Scrolls on their second rise at the moment. It’s a lovely enriched dough. Beautiful to work with.
These are delicious. They are on Cookidoo.

I made another biscuit from the Country Women’s Association cook book today. It’s a very short pastry, rolled out and spread with peanut butter and then mixed fruit over that.  Rolled up, refrigerated and then sliced and cooked.

Cookie, lots of cookies!
If time, RTE jam thumb biscuits.
Yesterday made bread with the cooked grains that I keep frozen. I replace 100 grams of the flour with the grains. Have to reduce the liquid also as the grains are wet.

Very nice Marina. I often make it. It freezes well too.
I had a cook in yesterday. I made a rye SD, some of RTE’s jam biscuits (snap Chookie), dried apricot and almond jam and ricotta gnocchi.

Cookie, dried Apricot and almond jam sounds interesting.
Have been given a bucket of Meyer Lemons. So , lemon butter, lemon biscuits , lemon and carrot marmalade and pickled lemon slices. Should keep me busy.
