Another batch of MJ"s Passata sauce today and will be making more condensed soup shortly. The rest will be going in the freezer ready to make DS4 his BBQ sauce that we go through so much of  ;)

What recipe do you use for the BBQ sauce Kathryn?  :)

Anzacs and banana cake to take to friends. Nearly forgot, some plum icecream too. It tastes awesome, I licked the bowl. ;)

I forgot about those cheese and bacon rolls.

I'll have to do them again for the kids.

Sorry Chelsea have been busy with tomatoes  ;D ;D

I use the "Best Ever BBQ Sauce" on this link

http://thermorecipes.blogspot.com/2009/01/january-monthly-mouthful-competition.html

I don't used smoked paprika, just sweet paprika in this recipe as the smoked is too tangy for the kidlets

Have made another batch of your condensed soup today and also 5 (yes 5) batches of berry cordial as someone left the freezer door open for a little while and they had all defrosted. Everything else was ok thank goodness as I don't think I could have dealt with anything else on top of the berries  :o

so many limes to us, so lime marmalade and lime chutney (Indian cookbook), Helene's ginger beer, DH made his super spicy version of the ketchup in MWOC, some pesto (our basil is still going in sunny Perth), probably more to come but DH won't tell me his secret plan  :-))

Today I've made a batch of Chookies Hot Cross Buns - delicious but my oven obviously runs very hot so they are darker than I would have liked and the Tomato pasta with vegies & feta from the Vegetarian Cookbook with added pork. My review of that recipe here .
