Tonight we had one of our favourites when caravanning. Judy's recipe of meat, beer and french onion soup. I added a few vegies with about 20 minutes to go. We were away from the van having drinks with friends and it overcooked to the point the meat was mashed. We ended up spreading it on toast. It was lovely.

Just made a caramel mudcake with toffee cream (from the tm birthday cards). Took twice as long to cook as recipe said but if it tastes as good as the mixture does, it will be devine. Can't wait to cut it (have to wait for dad to come around as it's for his birthday)

Never heard of the birthday cards before TrudyO, guess you have to have a demo to get those? That sounds really nice though, I'm sure Dad will enjoy it.

You are so talented maddy - I know they are not as easy to make and look as professional as yours. You should open a cupcake/cakepop shop in a heavy traffic area somewhere and you would make a killing.

Frozzie we have goji berries on our breakfast cereal - DH started using them along with linseed etc. They look like a red raisin but more elongated, have a much more tart taste than any of the other dried fruits and are very high in vitamin C. However I don't find then moorish like other dried fruits which is definitely a good thing!!!!!. Found some pics on the net for you - I have never seen the plant
