Today I made a strawberry & white choc mousse to serve after dinner tomorrow. (son and his girlfriend are coming to town for the weekend).
Using the TM to firstly puree the strawberries (if you blend on speed 10 for 1 min it even purees the seeds), also whipped the cream in my 2nd bowl.

One of the steps was to add a little of the whipped cream into the strawberry/choc mixture, then add the rest of the cream and fold in.  I thought after adding the first lot of cream why not pour the strawberry mixture into where the cream was in the TM bowl and mix to combine fully.  Did this and it separated  :o  I think going into the cold bowl made the white choc solidify in little bits.  Oh dear, what to do?  I turned the temp onto 37C and mixed on speed 3 for 4 mins.  After that it was back to how it was but thinner.  Anyway it looks and tastes fine and I've poured into glasses and put in the fridge until tomorrow.  Hopefully it will still set okay, if not, a lesson learnt.  :-))

Edited to add;

I thought I'd better try it and it turned out really well, not as thick as it should I think but tastes great.  ;D

Went to a Malaysian Rest.  yesterday and had Chicken Satay.  So today made Satay sauce, (posted) but fiddled with it a bit.  Cooked onion and garlic in TMX first and then followed recipe. Have some organic , free range turkey to stir fry with red onion and pineapple and then will add sauce. Cooked rice in TMX,  absorption method.Some steamed greens on the side.  Cooked chicken frames in Crock pot for stock,  with ginger and garlic.  Cooking Cass. also in crockpot,  Italian style.  Some weeks ago baked Trudy's Peaches and Cream and gave it to a neighbour.  Saw this person today and she said how her 2 boys loved it.

Had no intentions of cooking today but after a couple of recipes were bumped earlier, I did end up making them.
Iron booster balls for DH and our neighbour, both on iron tablets. Tomato Sauce by cathy79 and I have a Portuguese loaf in the weber at the moment. Leftover lasagne for main meal today.

We are back to soup weather in CQ this weekend (similar to msot of the east coast of Oz), so it was Judy's Chicken and veg soup (made about a dozen times this winter - thanks Judy!!!!) and tomato soup. Based the recipe around the tomato soup  from UK thermomix - really delicious.  Rara's muffin tops made yet another appearance in my kitchen - always a winner!!!!!!!  Actually winners all round

Yesterday I cooked some mixed grains to make a porridge and then added some ingredients to make griddle cakes.

Today I made another batch of a similar porridge, but with the addition of other grains and seeds, just to see if they would improve the mix.
I've posted it on my blog.

I didn't mention that I cooked the porridge in the TMX because this particular page is not aimed just at Thermomix fans and I did not weigh the ingredients, I use volume measures.

Just made my first successful batch of yoghurt. I am very pleased with the result. Might have some for lunch with some mixed berries. Yummy.
