Hally, the cakes look great. When piping I hold the piping bag vertical in my right hand (i'm right handed) and move my arm from my shoulder in a circular motion while the cake stays put on the bench. If I'm decorating a large cake with buttercream or fondant I have the cake on a turntable so it can easily turn but I wouldn't use that for piping. Hope that helps a little. There's some great utube videos on piping and decorating that you could have a look at.

Totally agree with Wonder - the clarity of the explanation was great, main message I don't generally move cupcakes  - a little different for large cakes though. You will soon be telling the forum the tricks of the trade Hally as those cupcakes look professional.  :D  :D

Still making Bread, ;D ;D ;D.  To my way of thinking,  this loaf is the perfect Whole grain bread.  Ground 50g of Malted grain and 50g of mixed organic seeds then followed on with NO Fuss recipe.

Yum, looks great Chookie.  ;D

Today in the TM I made CP's cornflake cookies, then made Jamie Oliver's pizza dough, then a lovely tomato base as well.  Was going to make Chookie's fruit crumble (half recipe) but I think I'll save that for another day, tomorrow perhaps?  :D
