Chookie do I need to use the sugar?? The bakers flour I use doesn't have anything added.
Love the experiments you are doing with your bread Uni, quite successfully too by the looks of it. Is there any reason you want to cut down on the yeast or is it just so that you can leave the dough overnight and bake first thing in the morning?
