well it did rise in the oven and tasted lovely but it was a bit dense and doughy despite a 50 minute bake. I used Doves Farm malted bread flour (I'm in the UK) and next time I think it needs to be half and half with white flour to be successful.I glazed with egg and sesame and nigella seeds and the crust was lovelyI have a photo or two but they seem to be too big for me to post
