DH and I are having butter chicken and DD and DS are having Amy's zucchini, cheese & bacon muffins with steamed vegies

Last night was chicken fillets steamed in the varoma which were really nice, and roast potato and kumara, with steamed carrots and peas. & gravy.

Tonight I have a pork roast thawing to have with potatoes, zucchini muffins, steamed veg, crackling and gravy.

Thai minced chicken with basil and chillies. Piled on top of some fried runny-yolk eggs. Just like one of our must-have orders at Thai Corner, a restaurant in KL, Malaysia.
