Lasagne and something. The something will depend on how I feel nearer to dinner time. ;)

I made Sourdough muffins. I thought the sourdough had lost its kick a bit so left it hanging around the kitchen all day. When i cooked them they ended up big enough to feed an elephant.  When i split them and toasted them they were just the right texture.  More luck than good bread making. :-)) :-)) :-))

I finally tried steaming fish in the varoma and the results were delicious. I just squeezed some lime juice on the fish then sprinkled them with lemon pepper. So moist and no mess.

Tonight we are having home made chicken burgers. Friday night is burger night in our house.

May cook the noodle slice tonight ready for tomorrows BBQ for my sons 7th birthday (or make his cake, not sure which one to do in advance).

Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Going out to friends. They have a TMX but I don't think it will be used. (sadly)

Pasta alla puttanesca, cooked by my 12 year old son for his cooking assignement.  Don't you love that kind of homework  ;)?

I made Cornish Creams's Italian broccoli & salmon bake.  I used my own dried toms and also home made mascarpone.  Really enjoyed it, thanks Cornish for the link.  :)

Did either of you girls use the TMX for cooking the pasta and making the sauce for Italian broccoli & Salmon bake?

No Judy I didn't.  I just find it quicker to use the stove top for something like this.  I did add the capers and anchovies as in the recipe too.  Couldn't taste them as such but I'm sure they added to the flavour.
I'm always on the look out for nice recipes that use salmon fillets.  :)
