I’m having curried lamb chops and rice. Ral lamb shank and mashed potato. Trifle and ice cream.

Thinly sliced chicken breast, sundried tomato, feta and spinach all inside pastry. Not like a pie, just folded over like a pastie.

Ral, chicken tenderloin grilled, mashed potato and gravy. Trifle. I had beef cheek casserole with mashed potato. Small serve of trifle.

We had Sloppy Joe's from RTE the other night. I made only a half quantity. It was very tasty. I served it as she suggested, on a toasted roll with a cheese slice on top.https://www.recipetineats.com/sloppy-joes/
