We love egg & bacon sandwiches (or rolls) here too Julie.

How did you make your crispy chips Hally?

Cookie, isn't that creamy sauce nice on pizzas?  I used it on the king prawn with prosciutto one I made the other day and it was lovely, so different  from what I've had before.  Want to try the satay chicken one next.  ;D

JD, i really surprised myself. I used my mandolin to cut them, so they were all the same thickness. I do them in my fry pan as I am scared ofmy deep fat fryer.

I heated the oil threw the whole batch in, double layered, kept turning them, after 5 mins took them all out, laid them on kitchen paper, heated the oil, cooked 1 batch for about 4 mins, removed, drained them of oil etc, did the next batch  & perfect.

Eating out tonight, can't decide between a Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich with fries or a Chicken & Rice Burritos.

I'd go for the sandwich, but I'd swap the fries for salad ;)

I've missed hearing about your yummy dinners Astarra ;D ;D

Dinner here was going to be Beef Nachoes for mum and SD, but I've been asked to work so I'm making that for lunch instead. Dinner will probably end up being leftover curry or cereal :D

I have a plan to make caramelised garlic paste, sundried tomato pesto, steamed chicken rolls, and rhubarb and lemon pudding. Abit of a Tenina theme tonight.

Fair enough (I wouldn't touch salad with a barge pole  :-)) ). In the end I had the chicken&rice burrito as the missus had the sandwich and she tends to prefer we don't eat the same thing in restaurants which drives me potty :)

Mine was yummy, slightly spicy and very filling.
