Tonight's dinner: Percik Roast. A very classic Malaysian roast chicken with marinade made from chillies, candlenuts, lemongrass, onions, tamarind juice and coconut milk. Only bit missing was the smokiness from a charcoal fire :)

just did my meal plan for a week, then realized DH is away for 3 nights this week, so have to change it.
