Pork chops baked in AF. Mashed pot in TMX, fresh peas from garden and apple sauce from bottled apples. Fresh cherries.

Lovely visuals, Julie and INAID.
Simple dinner tonight. Been out whole day, and going out for meeting at school in 5 mins. Made one of mum's signature dishes, spicy fried beehoon (a rice noodle)

We had Bron's chicken nuggets cooked in the AF.

I made DD's Red Lentil & Chickpea soup today. DH loves soups to take to work, so he was v happy.

Monday was 5 spice pork spring rolls (must post recipe soon)
Tues. was p/c French onion lamb chops & hot potatoes with mushroom sauce
& tonight will be chicken enchilada's with salad.
