I made Skinnymixer's All in one chicken dinner. Loved it, particularly the gravy. It says not to use plain white potatoes, but I do, and mix only (not whip with the butterfly). It makes this strange gluggy, cheesy mash that is a bit gross, but at the same time really yummy!

Today for DH I have made this recipe from TinEats blog, only I did it a little different and didn't bother with the skewers.  Just served over brown rice, the taste I had was wonderful.  Doesn't look as good as the original but DH loved it and it was so very easy.  :D

For me I made a Michelle B recipe; 'Baked eggs Italian style' which was served with a slice of Mountain bread.  I will have the other serve tomorrow night.  I really enjoyed it.   ;D

I love the RecipeTin eats blog and have made a few things from there. Your chicken and eggs, Italian style look delicious.

I like that blog too. I made a lemongrass marinade from her blog tonight for my chicken wings that I cooked on the BBQ. It was really tasty

I wanted to make my first recipe from my SS gift this year - the Revive Cafe Cookbook, no 4 - so gave the book to my DH and asked him to select the one he wants and he chose the Aromatic Cambodian Tofu Curry.  It is a beautiful aromatic and easy meal.  Many thanks again, SS for an excellent choice of gift.

I made Skinnymixers Roast Pork Belly with Caramelized Apple Sauce.I didn't achieve getting any crackling :'( My oven just wouldn't cooperate, then tried it under the grill but still no luck.It still tasted good though :) DH loved it.

Shame about the crackling Cornish, it's the best part

I agree about the TinEats blog, there's not many recipes that I get in an email that I don't want to make and they are usually so easy.  Her photography is exceptional too.  Thanks for the comments.  :D

Reading the comments on FB, the crackling is hit and miss which is a shame as everyone raves about the recipe.

We love skinnymixers roast pork belly, last time I made it we had the best crackling ever, it usually like your CC, glad you still enjoyed it.

I love pork belly, but haven't made it for ages. Tonight we had a variation of Kimmyh's quiche with ham, baby spinach and feta cheese.
