I'm sure it all tasted fantastic Marina. It had the Chookie touch.

I found some curried beef filling in the freezer yesterday which I put in the fridge to defrost. Bought some puff pastry this morning and will make some pies in my pie maker but am going to try Chookie's suggestion of topping the pies with mashed potato instead of pastry, spraying with oil and cooking in the maker, see how they go. Will serve with steamed vegies I think.
For me I'm making Mexican chicken, corn and blackbeans in a jar.

We had the Garlic Prawn Risotto from here last night. It was delicious, I had forgotten how nice it was. DH had informed me after the last one he didn't really like risotto, however he had seconds last night.

We tried the spicy prawn with ginger pasta from the Welcome Collection. It was so so good but then it uses rather a lot of butter 150r

We are having a Leftover Quinoa curry, I recently bought a book from one of the outlets that leave a collection of books at business's. They regularly drop books at the Admin of the village we are in. If was Rena Patten's Best of Quinoa.
Such a beautiful book if you are a quinoa fan.
Curries always taste even better 2nd time around, so I am looking forward to tonight.

Your dinner looks lovely PF.
Katj, always good to get a cookbook recommendation. Will have a look online. I'm a big fan of quinoa.

Frenched lamb cutlets in the WeberQ, smashed potatoes cooked in the microwave then crisped up in the a/f and steamed vegies in the TMX. Cooked enough lamb to take 4 cutlets into Geoff tomorrow.

Looks very tasty Judy.
Today for DH I'm making Tenina's caramelised garlic then without cleaning the bowl (for extra flavour) will make 'corned beef with the trimmings'.

That sounds nice Julie. I have never used garlic with corned beef.
I like the sound of the quinoa book Katj. I love quinoa. I will have a look for it and check the recipes out.
