I roasted a pork fillet that I stuffed with sage and onion stuffing and wrapped in Parma ham.Served it with roast potatoes, steamed brussel sprouts and carrots.

Doesn't look very pretty but it's a go to weekend dinner for us. Mushroom risotto from the CHIP/ everyday coobook. This is when I love the TMX5 the CHIP makes cooking so easy.

Judy, must be the type of pots. I bought some large plums that remained hard and went rotten before they ripened.
Pasties for dinner tonight.

Thanks girls. Yes passionflower, slow cooker. I have 3 different sizes, don't particularly need the 6 litre one these days unless I cook turkey drumsticks but the other 2 are very handy.

A chicken stir fry here tonight. We are trying to empty the freezer of meat before we go away. There isn't much in there. It is mainly things like egg whites, buttermilk, umami, pesto etc.

Added more veggies, some chilli sauce and stock powder to add more flavour. Served with Yorkshire puddings.
