A new meatloaf thing with an arriabatta sauce. I'm not sure what we will have with it yet.

We had salad with our meatloaf thing last night and I made Sizzler toast. It was delicious, but not something you should have too often. Tonight is a chicken, tomato sauce and pasta dish. Both last night's recipe and tonight's I took from the latest Women's Weekly.Apparently they are from a new book they have out..I think it is called Quick Dinners.  I intend to have a look at it when I see it.

I made this recipe tonight in the TMX then cooked them in my 2 pie makers (made 9) using puff pastry bases.  It was as nice at room temperature as it was hot.

That sounds nice Cookie.  We are having salad with chicken breasts done in the new air fryer.   Fruit salad for dessert.

All that cooking sounds nice.  We had a rather unusual dinner.  I had just a Paw Paw and RAL made himself a vegemite and walnut sandwich on fresh bread that I made in the bread machine.
