Sometimes you have just got to have something green to eat, don't you K Atie. I get that craving as well when nothing else will do except for a heap of lovely fresh 'green stuff'.

I’m also hanging out for salad K Atie, nowhere near being on my allowed food list though. I worked my way around my desire for some chips yesterday, I bought chips with gravy from the local chicken shop and they were perfect. Normally I want crisp chips but if soft chips go down OK then soggy gravy covered chips it will be.

I think it is the change in the weather that has me needing a salad . Tonight we had roast eye fillet of beef , roast potatoes carrots and a combination of roasted cauliflower and cauliflower rice pistachio nuts a nice dressing from Simple cook book .

I must admit that I also enjoy soggy chips at times too - I don't know why, I just do.

The Rocket Pesto was amazing. I have lots of Pizzas as I experimented. Sent some around to GC for their lunch.
When I rolled the base for each Pizza, I stamped out the base size with a cake tin. I picked a size that will fit into the AF and I slightly undercooked each Pizza.
Pizza for lunch and roast stuffed lamb for dinner. Lemon Delicious.
