We're having Hungarian Goulash I cooked yesterday from MWOC with buttered poppyseed noodles.

Butternut Squash Ravioli with a truffle buerre blanc. The squash was cooked then pureed with mascarpone in the TM. Ravioli dough in the TM then through the KitchenAid pasta rollers. For desert the Apple Crisp from MWOC topped with Isi's dulce de leche.

That meal sounds delicious Woerd - having visitors?

No visitors today. Just the weekend when I can spend a lot more time doing what I like to do. It's either play with the TM and cook or else clean and do laundry. No contest.

It was meant to be a lamb roast with parmesan potatoes but I forgot to take the roast out of the freezer. Looks like we'll have steak with mushroom sauce and pamesan potatoes instead.
Thinking of making something for desert but I haven't decided what yet.

We had a pasta dish last night and Chookie's golden syrup pudding. It was very nice.
Tonight I'm making a pie with leftovers from Robin's (?) casserole that was in the freezer. Pastry from the freezer too.

I currently have a large chook roasting but really have no desire to do anything else, its quite warm here today so it will probably be a quick garden salad i think

Woerd, which recipe do you mean here - can't find Apple Crisp in the index. Do you mean the apple crumble?

Hope you like the baked beans, CC!
I made Chook Womans' asparagus soup and we had the leftovers tonight - very yummy! (I only changed it a little bit - added vege stock, etc)

Cyndi's savoury apple couscous (was yum!) but I did add some marinated pork.......just to assure hubby it's not a vegetarian meal
, and with smoked cheese stuffed capsicums.
How easy is couscous in the thermoserve!

I made Chelseas Chimmichangas too - and some apple turnovers for dessert with icecream. We have really full tummies now!
