Had a talk to Tenina and things are not as bad as they seem - if your recipe wins on the competition it belongs to them, but you get plenty of recognition, your name in the book, etc.  Any recipes that don't win, or that are not entered into the competition, are still yours.  So put some recipes on the community, but if you are worried about one winning that you want to keep on your blog, just don't enter it into the competition.  I've re-entered some of mine, but not all - some I'd rather keep on my blog, some I don't mind if they're in a book instead (IF they win!)  :)

Jo I think you should give some serious consideration to publishing a cookbook of all your delicious, healthy and allergy free recipes.  It would be a godsend to anyone with a TMX with special allergy problems but so many of your recipes are suitable for us all.

I agree Jo. I'm sure it would be very popular.

i think the other site is actually very similar to what this site was supposed to be getting changed to - like the portuguese site. not that i think it is likely to happen anymore

ive only 'discovered' a couple of your recipes so far but they have all been great jo..i say go for it too..that would be so satifying i think..publishing a cookbook of your own recipes!!  The allergy free element would also be a bonus..we dont have allergies and they were delish...I say that as I have found often 'special diet' food has a tendancy to be bland or a non event in my experience but the recipes i have tried would suit anyone..thats got to be an accomplishment in itself!

Thanks guys!!  ;D

Well it sure sounds like fun!  I used to want to get into writing and illustrating children's books, then decided I'd do a cookbook (hand illustrated), then started a blog instead... cookbook's the next step!  Maybe it's time to think about it...
