Jamberie the chicken looks great were the potatoes good? What sort of potatoes were they and it looks like you left skin on. Sorry for all the questions.

Cookie, your tandoori chicken in the airfryer is an absolute winner. So tasty!

Jam, the roast looks great. Yeah, I like the roasts in the airfryer. Juicier than oven roasted.

Don't be sorry Yvette!
I didn't comment on the potatoes because I just grabbed whatever I had in the cupboard (some with pink skin)...they were good, but I don't think they were the best roasting potatoes. Yes I left the skin on (usually do, nutrients and all that)...
Will certainly do potatoes next time I fry a chook,  I'll just make sure I use a variety that are better suited to roasting.
I didn't really answer your questions :( but I hope you get the idea!

I can't wait to try a chicken in the air fryer. I could only see large ones last week so must try another store this week.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I'm going to try Tenina's pork belly from the Christmas ebook, it's a favourite here so will be interested to see how it goes in the Airfyer, i'm hoping it will be much less messy and I get the same good crackle on the skin.

I found a few recipes online so am going to follow those and steaming the pork this morning will then leave to dry until ready to cook after work tonight. I'm planning on then cooking at 160 for 30 mins and 180 for a further 30 mintues. we have it with rice and steamed veggies so I can make those in the varoma while pork is cooking.

After GC left I had a good play with AF.  Made sausage rolls,  mini pasties, rolls in Spring roll wrappers.  I need to experiment with oil sprays to see which give the best results.  Interesting filling for wrapper was  well drained tin of crab,  horseradish cream and spring onion.

Do you have one of these Chookie or do you use spray cans?

Judy,  looks good.  I have one that you mix 1/2 oil and 1/2 water.  Don't like it.  This looks better as I don't really like the cans.  Thanks.

We have been having trouble buying freshly roasted peanuts.  I bought some raw peanuts and roasted some today. ! cup peanuts mixed with 1 teaspoon of Rice bran oil, baked from cold for 8 mins. @ 200o.  DH said best nuts he has had for ages.  they had their skins on.  Good one.  Thinking Cookies Nuts and Bolts would be good.

Added to the list of air fryer times posting JD

Chookie, did you roast directly in the basket? I've tried, but without oil. They were ok. Will try with oil :)

Girls, I think the Airfryer would be perfect for these.
