Chocolate Orange Refrigerator Biscuits

my 3rd try this morning and  no luck in baking these biscuits the spoon is holding the tray down

BZB i meant to say that just air frying them are to dry to make a  parmigiana, i added extra oil to the sauce for baking

scrambled eggs, i just added the eggs in a hot pan and cooked for 2mins @200

i add about 1/2 teaspoon of butter b4 heating up the pan

No, i made that mistake trying to toast pinenuts. Perhaps you need to cut the cookies a little thicker?

Uni, I actually don't know what is parmigiana. Haha...I'm sooo embarrassed :)

Not good at scrambled eggs either. Hence, could u explain a bit more. Do you beat the eggs in a bowl before cooking? Add milk?

Butter in cold pan that goes into a preheated AF? How long to heat pan before pouring in the eggs?

I have an Eggplant parmigiana recipe on the forum BZB, mostly done in the Thermomix but cooked in the oven.

Then there's chicken parmigiana BZB, have you not seen that one?   Cooked chicken schnitzel topped with napolitana sauce and sprinkled with cheese and put under the grill.

Btw you've just inspired me to look at my small frying pans. To find one that can become handle-less.

Success. I've got a cheap 20cm stainless steel that didn't work well on the stove. Been in the cupboard for a few years. Will remove screw and try out in AF.

Eggplant link worked, Judy. The other one didn't :)

Going to buy eggplant this Saturday on our fortnightly trip to the market. Love it, but only know how to use it in curries. My mum makes a tasty stir fried eggplant either with soya sauce or sambal. But epic failure for me :(

Uni, which recipe is your parmigiana from? Just curious...what does parmigiana mean?

The chicken parmi link is just photos BZB - to show you what they look like as a finished item.
