Rosie your picture reminds me of when I left the dough to rise wrapped in the thermomat. It was spewing all over the place.

I haven't let it rise in thermomat since  :D

LOL.  I can imagine what that looked like.  What gets me is that it was so forgiving and baked  up into 3 beautiful loaves of bread.

Lol. Love the dough pic. I forgot about mine the other day when I left it to rise in the TM bowl, it was poking out the top of the MC hole with the MC still sitting on top of the mound of dough. With this warmer weather it doesn't take long for the dough to rise that's for sure

Uni, I checked back on the reviews of this recipe and it appears a couple of people have had the same problem.  That should make you feel better even though it doesn't solve your problem.

Try using 150g sugar instead of 250g, Uni!
It works for me, I used to have mess all over my oven until my mum told me that that's what she does. ;)

A tip for anyone about to have a blonde moment like I just did...don't remove the MC and look down the hole when you're blitzing curry paste at high speed!

I didn't manage a photo as I was too busy cleaning my face and glasses  :-))
