Nice to meet you Dee!  You must love the "serenity" at your place!  And I'm envious of all your oven options.

Well after meeting up and enjoying lunch with another Thermomix forum member today we got around to discussing why I chose my forum name and photo...... my name isn't Mary Brown it's Colleen but on the day that I joined the forum I had a lovely Mary Brown or Grey Thrush, which is a bird by the way, singing happily in a tree outside the room where my computer is.... hence the name  :) :) and as far as the photo goes.... well what can I say.. Gwyneth Paltrow... she's gorgeous isn't she... plus I wasn't sure how to put a photo of myself on so today I have come home from lunch and worked out how to do just that.
 :) :)

Thought this the best place to add my before and after pantry shots - what a difference it made removing all the spices.

Those drawers are the reason that I don't have the issue with having to re-jig often.  Initially I had a huge amount of difficulty not having a walk in pantry as I had never had anything else, but with the gallery type kitchen design we have, it was impossible when we built this home.  :)  :)
