Lovely day here in Sydney! I've been trying to use up some of this excess of fruit and veg that I have here!So far:Stewed pears for the freezer (go well in cakes)Grapefruit cordialAlmond and Carrot cakeVegetable stockI still need to make a roasted capsicum sauce and then get started on dinner! And make a BBQ sauce if I don't run out of time.I've still got lots of grapefruit left so if you know of any good recipes then I'm listening. Found one for monitor chicken that I might try out this week.
