making a low fat date loaf, only 0.7g fat per slice and suitable for vegans.will post recipe after the taste testing update. it nice for a low fat vegan loaf
Dashingden, if you could post the recipe that would be great. Like Amy I've never cooked with lentils but have some red ones in my cupboard I really should cook up.
