BZB my favourite meat pie filling is here. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12930.0

I wish I had seen this before I made my pie filling.  I found a recipe on Taste but I think it is a bit sweet for a meat pie.  Anyway it's too late now cos I have made them.

8 meat pies and 3 egg & bacon pies.  Pastry made in tmx.

1 loaf of bread in the SC.  My first try.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Tasty food Mab.
Not much cooking today. I have a batch of hot cross buns in fridge waiting to be cooked for breakfast in the morning.

Can't post on dinner thread...so doing it here

Nasi Kandar night. Fish curry and spicy airfried chicken 😋 Nasi Kandar restaurants can be found all over Malaysia. A unique cuisine which is a fusion of Indian and Malay cooking. The chaps who run these places are Indian Muslims whom we call Mamak.

First time trying out this chicken recipe, and it's very, very good. *Happy*

Saville oranges have a short season in Australia and ripen in the cooler months. In NSW they have a really short  season usually just a few weeks in August.  Sadly Not a lot of Savilles are grown in Australia. They are considered an Adult orange being sour and bitter. My favourites.

I just made a pasta sauce with moose mince, that can't be a common recipe around here! Blitzed up a ton of veggies - cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, celery to "hide" in it and filled a few bags for the freezer next time I'm cooking something similar and want to pack in some extra nutrition. Love this machine!
