I just made chewy m&m's cookies from The Road To Loving My Thermomix blog. Kids love them. Awesome and easy.

I can post if you'd like it Bee.  It's from a book for my turbo oven that I adapted for the TM.  :D

Made some choc chip cornflake cookies and no knead bread. Was going to stuff a zucchini with quinoa for dinner, but burnt the quinoa 😁 the quinoa was really crunchy, so I removed as many burnt grains as possible, stirred some honey into it, spread it out on a try and baked it for 15 min. I ended up with honey quinoa snaps (similar to sesame snaps)   There isn't any left as DH and kids demolished it!

That sounds nice Judy.  She inspired me to bake some bread - it was so yummy that I ate 2 slices whilst it was still warm.

Great cooking ES. Julie's scones look good too.
Today I made honey oat dinner rolls, chicken sweet corn soup and Donna hays breakfast bars.

Today the kids picked spicy corn fritters with smoked salmon and bacon and egg tart from the latest delicious to have in their lunch boxes this week. They helped me cook them too :)

Delicious food.
I wizzed up a batch of Power Balls to take with me early this morning.
