DJ they look absolutely fabulous!  Must try those …...

Early start in the kitchen today because its going to be hot again here.
My cooking is dominated by raspberries at the moment, seeing as we have a glut of them from our garden.
Making 2 batches of raspberry friands and a raspberry tart (using JulieO's recipe for kiwi lime tart with pistachio crust).
Strawberry and raspberry jam (using cookies strawberry jam recipe)
Bourbon chocolate brownies from Amanda's blog, and a choc caramel slice

And for dinner (got to have something savoury in there!) we are having Maddy's tandoori chicken salad.

Also having my first try at making coconut yoghurt, using a recipe from skinny mixers blog, which she has also posted on RC.
Will be very interested to see how that goes.  My previous yoghurt making efforts were hit and miss.

Lovely piroshkis DJ.  I haven't made them in ages.

Have a chicken casserole and a lamb casserole in the oven at the moment.  Going to be hot and humid here.  I don't do hot and humid. :D

Have also made coconut yogurt using the recipe that came with my yogurt maker.  It uses pectin to thicken and a non dairy culture. I am making it for the dog, she is not well at the moment. Hoping the yogurt will help her.
Processing beetroot from the garden also and have a large bowl of raspberries picked this morning.

Must try those piroshkis DJ, thanks for sharing

Mango sorbet, have bought a box from a fund raiser:)

Forgot how easy and quick sorbet was, I think once you use the TM for so many things you forget the simple pleasures like sorbet. Made 2 batches so far, yummmmm :P

Marie I do hope your dog is ok. Karen and Marie have lots of raspberries for me. I love them but at $7 a punnet I don't indulge very often.

Keep cool those that are having hot weather. I dread ours coming.

DJ I love Piroshki but haven't made any for ages and ages.

Great cooking everyone, very inspirational!
I can't remember the last time I made something :-[ :o
But today the kitchen got a bit of a workout...buttermilk pancakes, Jo's Scones,   Tenina's Va Va Voom Strawberry and Vanilla Jam and finally Dani Valent's beef stir fry :)
Nothing like a good cook up!
