Picasa CP - the google version of photo bucket. Pics will always be larger if you use the copy image location with any pic from the web, rather than using the attachment option with pics stored on your PC. Did that make any sense to anyone but me?
Take a look at the attached document and the darkness may be clear

Your photo of CC's kitchen is bigger than the one I posted but when you open mine, it ends up the same size as yours Robyn. Yours just saves having to open it to see it more clearly. Will study the other information when I am alone and have more time. Thanks Robyn

That results form using the attachment option Judy - your pic was posted from where it was stored in a file on your computer rather than the direct link from a site on the net - once you get your head around the whole copy image location it is easy!!! Cheers
BTW I really need to address my almost dyslexic characteristic when typing at the computer the number of times that I swap the letters in

Frozzie, your parents place would be my exact dream. I grew up in inner city Melbourne in a great old house but have always longed for the beach.

thx girls and wonder they arent on the beach ust incase thats what you were thinking...they are in the hinterland...glass house mountains and it is still hot but much cooler in summer and quite nice compared to the stifling heat right on the coast...they are about 30 mins from the beach...the only thing that really bothers me about their place other than the steap drive lol are the snakes in summer...always snakes around and they creep me out

Caught up on 6 pages of reading: once again great thread Judy
Chookie, I love your kitchen- so full of light, and your proteas- the one flower I haven't managed to grow...yet! I'm with you on the pantry: it needs to be well stocked up, especially when you live out of town
Also agree that it's very interesting to see how kitchens reflect, to some extent...,our tastes and personnalities.
I'm very happy with my kitchen but with more cash I'd probably have a different playroom
Bedlam, how cool is that pool view! Does it entice you to mix more cocktails
Would do the trick for me!
Dede, you joined the club with your new avatar! Yeah!!!
CC, you galley kitchen is lovely- very warm and welcoming.
Frozzie, your parents are so lucky to have this beautiful view! As for snakes they're part of any australian country place, aren't they? We have black snakes in our rocky bushland- don't mind them as they take care of browns. With the weather warming up will have to keep an eye out for them...

true carine but i could handle them when we lived in Tamworth..;alot of king browns, browns, black and red belly black where we were...used to them even thoçugh they creep me out but in a place like montville just creeps me out...they get a mix of snakes but more masive pythons like 2m (yes i know harmless) stretched across the drive....im not a lover of snakes...fractured my elbow when i was younger when my horse freaked out at seeing a snake and threw me into a tree...like DH said there is nothing normal about a land animal that moves that fast and has no legs haha (shivers)

ouch: the horse-snake incident doesn't sound good. Reptiles don't worry me...too much, but I can't stand spiders. Luckily I'm in OZ

yes wasnt fun and to boot i had to walk home as hte horse took off home (as a good horse does lol)..can handle spiders but snakes just creep me out...although fine here only viper and coleuve? baby snakes and not poisoness! when I first came to live here i used to freak at people just walking through 'bushland' with sandles etc not paying attention to anything around them...used to think they weere crazy until i learned no baddies like in oz...think DH feels a bit like croc dundee when he is inoz and tells stories like a massive snake laid across the drive or one of the most poisoness snakes in teh world wrapped around the pot in the front of the house haha and prides in showing people the worlds most deadliest snakes on a board we saw at Australia Zoo, he took a photo as there are 13 of the top 20 that are in oz haha not to mention the jellyfish and massive spiders lol..personally doesnt bother me but can understand to someone who hasnt grown up with it..think Sth america would freak me out far worse...

The guys that work for us have already seen 8 snakes this season. It's the worse time here when they are still a bit slow with it not being too hot.

NO snakes here. Don't like spiders. Lots of those. Frozzie, do you still like horses?

Frozzie I am like you. I'll deal with the spiders but if I see a snake I go and sit on the table. We had a couple of incidents when we were teaching the northern wheatbelt with me on the table refusing to come down.

I must admit I am not keen on anything little that moves fast, mice, frogs, snakes, cockroaches you name it I squeal...yes even at my age. Just can't help it. Even bobtails, specially when you are gardening. No rhyme or reason I know they aren't going to hurt me.
